Kaiser came into my husband’s life when she was just 5 weeks old. She grew up hiking the mountains of Fort Collins, Colorado. I met my husband when she was 2 years old. A loving, energetic, beautiful dog who loved to go on walks and hikes with us. Along the way, we got her a brother, another brother and another brother! Four dogs in all who added so much joy to our lives. Kaiser was the woman of the house! Our Golden Retriever, Molokai, formed a wonderful relationship with her immediately, always grooming her, kissing her face and making sure she was happy. As Kaiser got older, it became harder for her to play and run with her brothers, but her spirit never wavered. She lived to be 15 years and 8 months old. Up until the very end she was loving and beautiful. She is now at peace, wathing over us and her brothers. The memories she gave us will last us the rest of our lives and we will always love her deeply.
“What we have once enjoyed we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us.”
Kaiser – 4/1/99 – 12/21/14 We love you, sweet girl. Be at peace.
